Imagine going to the beach in a region that is 700 kilometers from the sea! With a still expanding structure, Blue Park promises this experience with your feet in the sand. Located on Avenida das Cataratas, the first phase of the water park has been completed and has a thermal pool with 9 types of waves that can reach up to 1.20 meters in height, a lake for fishing as well as zip lines, service and food court, and stores.
The park has the third-largest thermal beach with waves in the world, with real sand and blue water, in a typical Caribbean climate. Although the structure is attached to the Mabu Thermas Resort, it has independent entrance to the public.
Depending on the season, you will find phases 2 and 3 completed, when the complex will then have extreme waterslides and a special area for children. Meanwhile, you can be fully enjoyed the first phase of the complex.
Blue Park ticket can be purchased directly at the park entrance and includes access to the beach structure. You can enjoy food inside the park at the Acqua Lounge, a swim-up bar with drinks, beverages and snack options. The second option for food is the Pizza Crab, which in addition to pizza, serves snack, salads and drinks. The third option is the Boat Grill, with different flavors of skewer/brochette (known as “espetinho”, in Brazil).
In one of the busiest avenues in the city, which leads to important sights such as the Iguazu Falls, the Blue Park can be the ideal place for different events and holidays. The park is open from 10am to 5pm, except Tuesday. It is important to set aside a full day on your itinerary to enjoy this experience with the family.
